Honky Chateau is the side hustle of Melbourne Sommelier, Chris Ryan. He currently holds Sommelier’s Australia title of Australia’s Best Sommelier. Chris has completed vintages in the Yarra Valley since 2016 and released his first vintage in 2020. The wines are inspired by the old world with a deep appreciation for the spirit and history of Australian wine. Seeking to make humble wines that make you feel a little bit better. Chris' wines are for sharing and for drinking.
