WINE TASTING - Bloody Hill

We’re thrilled to welcome Rivar Mayer of Bloody Hill for a special tasting that brings Yarra Valley soul to the glass.

Bloody Hill is the second label of cult winemaker Timo Mayer, crafted in collaboration with his son, Rivar. Together, they source fruit from trusted growers they’ve built deep relationships with — a true family affair rooted in respect for land and craft.

Every Bloody Hill Villages wine is single vineyard, handpicked, wild-fermented dry, and aged for 6 months in seasoned hogsheads. Bottled unfiltered, these are honest, expressive wines with texture, energy, and a clear sense of place.
