We’re excited to welcome Angus Hean back for another vibrant and unforgettable Fin Wines tasting. Founded in January 2020, Fin Wines is a fermentation collective known for crafting a playful mix of wines, ciders, and piquettes—always young, fresh, and above all, fun.
Driven by drinkability and a love for all things tasty, Fin Wines works in a truly lo-fi style: minimal additions, no filtering, spontaneous fermentation, and as they like to say, minimal faffing in the winery. The collective—JonJo McEvoy, Oliver Johns, and Angus Hean—approaches fermentation with creativity and honesty, producing characterful drinks that are as approachable as they are expressive.
Join us for an easygoing, energetic tasting that celebrates the spirit of Fin Wines and the joy of lo-fi ferments. Cheers to good company, good conversation, and very good drinks. From 4-6pm
