Free Wine Tasting with Tillie J
The Evelyn Hotel (Fitzroy, VIC)

Join us on April 10th for a fun, relaxed tasting with Tillie J.
Natillie Johnston is a Yarra Valley–based winemaker and viticulturist, and a four-time Top 50 Young Gun of Wine (including the People’s Choice Award in 2023). She got her start working cellar doors in the Yarra while studying Sports Science, but after her first harvest at Coldstream Hills, she was hooked.
Since then, Tillie’s worked across some incredible wine regions — from the Yarra Valley, Margaret River and the Hunter, to Oregon, Germany, Canada and New Zealand — picking up knowledge, experience, and a few great stories along the way.
She’s now back where it all began, making her own wines under Tillie J Wines. Her style is all about working with the land — using things like cover crops to keep the soils healthy — and letting the Yarra and King Valleys shine through in the glass. Think bright, fresh, and seriously drinkable wines that still have plenty of depth.
Come along for a great lineup of wines, a bit of insight into her journey, and a laid-back tasting with one of the most exciting winemakers in the country. From 4-6pm
