Free Wine Tasting with Yering Farm

Join us on May 1st from 4–6pm for a tasting with Ronan from Yering Farm — bringing a true slice of Yarra Valley history (and some seriously good wine) with him.
Yering Farm has been in the Johns family since 1980, with roots in farming and orcharding that go back generations. What started as an orchard slowly evolved into a vineyard, with the first vines planted in 1989 — though the land itself has a much longer story, dating back to the original Yeringa Vineyards of the 1800s.
That mix of old and new is a big part of what makes Yering Farm what it is today. Built on decades of hands-on farming knowledge, the vineyard has grown into a 30-acre site producing small, thoughtful parcels of fruit across varieties like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet.
Ronan continues that approach — working closely with the land, experimenting with new plantings and techniques, and keeping things grounded in the history of the site. It’s all about letting the vineyard speak, while still pushing things forward.
Expect honest, expressive wines, a bit of Yarra Valley history, and a great chance to hear how it all comes together from vineyard to glass.
