Bloody Hill is the second label of cult winemaker Timo Mayer, crafted in collaboration with his son, Rivar. Together, they source fruit from trusted growers they’ve built deep relationships with - a true family affair rooted in respect for land and craft.
Every Bloody Hill Villages wine is single vineyard, handpicked, wild-fermented dry, and aged for 6 months in seasoned hogsheads. Bottled unfiltered, these are honest, expressive wines with texture, energy, and a clear sense of place.
