Free Wine Tasting with Adam Foster from Syrahmi

Some Friday afternoons are a little more special than others. 

On Friday, August 14 from 4–6pm, we're incredibly excited to welcome Adam Foster of Syrahmi for a free wine tasting.

A chef turned sommelier turned winemaker, Adam has spent decades refining his craft, working alongside some of the great names of Australian and French wine before building Syrahmi into one of Australia's most respected producers of cool-climate Syrah. To say he's a legend is an understatement, and we're genuinely honoured to have him joining us.

His wines are all about place—perfumed, savoury, elegant and built to tell the story of Heathcote's 380 million year old granite soils. With a minimal intervention approach and an unwavering commitment to quality, Syrahmi has become a benchmark for Australian Syrah.
