Free Wine Tasting with Pool Wines

Friday is looking pretty tasty.

We’re pouring free Pool Wines on Friday, August 21 from 4–6pm, and you’re invited.

Born from four childhood mates—Tim, Ed, Al and Darcy—Pool started with a shared love of wine, food and making things together. What began as a side project has grown into one of Victoria’s most exciting young wine labels, creating lo-fi, sulphur-free wines from their Kyneton winery on Dja Dja Wurrung Country.

The Pool crew keep things simple: great fruit, minimal intervention, and letting the vineyard do the talking. Sourcing from Macedon, Heathcote and Central Victoria, they focus on freshness, balance and wines with a bit of personality. No additions, no fining, no filtering—just bright, energetic bottles that are made to be opened and shared.

Expect wines with plenty of character, a few surprises, and the kind of bottles that disappear a little too easily.
