WINE TASTING - Wilkie Wines (Free!)

Mark your calendar for March 6th and join us for a free tasting with Wilkie Wines and winemaker Tom Morrison.

After swapping sheep and cropping for seaside vines in Geelong, plus a few vintages in California, Tom launched Wilkie Wines in 2021. From a hill above Bacchus Marsh, he crafts small-batch wines using wild ferments and a hands-on approach—resulting in bottles that are bright, textural, intriguing, and seriously drinkable. Expect everything from fresh, smashable styles to deeper, more contemplative pours.

In Tom’s words:

“I find the prospect of making new wines each year incredibly exciting; getting another chance to tinker with my process and work with the challenges of a new season and new fruit. I feel very lucky to grow fruit and work with fruit that other growers have clearly put a lot of heart and effort into.”
