Wine Tasting with Clo
The Evelyn Hotel (Fitzroy, VIC)
Friday, 27 February 2026 4:00 pm
Join us for a tasting with winemaker Chris Loth and his label Clo, a small independent winery founded in 2013, built on the belief that great wine is grown—not made. Clo’s wines are crafted with care, minimal intervention, and a deep respect for place, season, and soil.
Inspired by time spent in France working with Jean Foillard (Beaujolais) and François Rousset-Martin (Jura), Clo focuses on purity, patience, and texture. The wines are made naturally: wild ferments, long élevage in old oak, and bottling unfined, unfiltered, and without sulfur.
The result is a limited annual production—just 7,000 bottles—of wines that are alive, energetic, and full of personality.
Come taste the season, the site, and the craft behind every bottle. From 4-6pm
