We're beyond excited to invite you to a FREE tasting with our good friends and genuinely inspiring winemakers: Werkstatt and GUM. These two have been shaking up the wine scene in the best way.
Their wines have been turning heads and palates all across Australia — and this is your chance to taste why. Join us for an afternoon of progressive winemaking, good vibes, and seriously expressive wines.
WERKSTATT
Founded by Bridget Mac, Werkstatt merges traditional winemaking methods with a progressive, collaborative spirit. Bridget’s background as an artist shows in every bottle — expressive, precise, and totally original.
A lover of cool climate wines from Alsace to Austria, she launched Werkstatt in 2022 with a single Riesling, and it’s been full throttle ever since. In 2024, she was awarded Young Gun of Wine – Best New Act, and her wines have since landed on Max Allen’s Top 20 Drinks and Halliday's Top 100 Wines of 2025.
GUM
George McCullough spent over a decade as an award-winning sommelier before flipping the script and making wine himself. GUM is his deep dive into Central Victorian vineyards, sustainable farming, and minimal intervention winemaking — all rooted in his obsession with how wine plays on the table with food.
His wines are savoury, elegant, and built for gastronomic pleasure. A true sommelier’s take on winemaking — detailed, thoughtful, and endlessly drinkable.
