Lisa and Justin Jenkins left Melbourne wine bars and restaurant floors behind in 2016 and headed back to South Gippsland to make wines under Fleet — small releases that feel alive, bright and completely unforced.
With decades spent tasting and pouring some of the world’s best wines, the pair bring a sharp eye for balance, texture and drinkability, making wines that are vibrant, expressive and full of character. Nothing formulaic, nothing overworked — just thoughtful farming, good fruit and wines that capture the vintage as it happened.
There’s a real hospitality mindset behind Fleet too — wines made to be opened, shared and drunk with people around the table.
